Tapestry's EUC data exists today across seven separate management platforms, making leadership reporting slower, more manual, and less consistent than it should be. As a result, operational, compliance, and cost decisions often depend on fragmented views of device health, patch status, room performance, print activity, and software licensing.
iSoftStone proposes a unified dashboard built on Microsoft Fabric and Power BI that consolidates these sources into a single governed reporting layer. This will provide role-based visibility for executives, operations, and compliance teams, improve reporting confidence, surface savings opportunities sooner, and strengthen oversight without requiring additional platform investment. First live data can be delivered in 10 weeks, with full rollout in 26 weeks.

Users authenticate with their existing Microsoft Entra ID credentials, with no separate dashboard login. Row-Level Security and workspace permissions are configured to align access with role and geography, so executive, operational, and compliance users see the data appropriate to their responsibilities.

Refresh cadence is aligned to source-system behaviour and reporting need. This dashboard delivers the same answer in under 3 seconds, always current, available to anyone with the right role.

Bronze data is standardised into Silver tables using Dataflow Gen2 and notebooks where required for more complex shaping. Source entities are aligned to a common business model so data from Intune, JAMF, and the remaining platforms can be reported consistently. Gold-layer KPI outputs and the Power BI semantic model are then tuned for DirectLake consumption, with security roles defined by region and audience.
